Mela Food Stall Registration

  • Welcome to Holi Mela 2019

    In order to put up a food stall at Holi Mela, please fill the registration form below before March 31, 2019. In the menu section, kindly detail your proposal with a menu including prices. We want to avoid repeated menu items to ensure a variety of food. If someone else has already chosen a particular item, we will request you to change your menu. Also to note that IAGZ will have a small counter for Indian Sweets as well as hot/cold, beverages including water and alcohol. Stalls will be allocated First come, first serve and IAGZ will be giving out only four stalls.

    Confirmation of your stall will be sent by email on April 3rd 2019. Kindly read through the conditions below before registering.

    Conditions :
    • Stall owners need to be paid members of IAGZ.
    • IAGZ shall provide tables, table cover and electrical connection. Stall owners are however, requested to bring extension cables.
    • Stall owners shall ensure quality and hygiene (cover food, use hand gloves, etc)
    • Stall owners are responsible for bringing cutlery, plates, serving spoons, etc.
    • No cooking gas or fire is permitted at the premises; however electrical hotplates, microwave and appliances such as mixer/blender can be used. Heating equipment/other appliances have to be organized by the stall owners themselves.
    • The event venue has a Kitchen (with refrigerator, hot plates, cooking vessels) which can be used for pre-preparations of the food. The kitchen has to be strictly kept clean after usage.

    Members: CHF 135.00

    March 31st – Last date for registrations
    April 3rd – Confirmation to selected food stalls
    April 8th – Last date for payment
    April 14th – IAGZ Mela
