DESCRIPTION: \n\nPlease note that we have 2 separate Registration links.\n\n\n\nThe Eventfrog link is for entry to the event.\nhttps://eventfrog.ch/IAGZ-Holi-2024\nThe entry is free of cost but you must register to attend the event. The entry fee is 10chf/person for Non members. Children below 10 years enter for free but registration is mandatory.\n\n\nFor stage performances we have a separate registration which you fill additionally. So those who perform on stage will need both the registrations.\n\n\n\nhttps://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSfZynhN…/viewform\n\n\n\nRules for Stage performances:\n*Registration deadline: 10th March & NO Later and No exceptions. Registration will be closed earlier if the maximum duration is reached.\n*Audio files for dances\, songs\, instrumental and elocution performances need to be sent on or before 15th March. We will contact u and provide details of a shared locationafter u register.\n*Time limit per performance: 5 minutes\n*Categories: Dance\, Singing\, instrumental\, elocution\, standup comedy. Performances can be group or Solo\n\n\nRegistration Rules:\n* A participant can at the most participate in 2 performances. So at max 2 Solo or 2 groups or 1 each.\n* IAGZ members are enrolled at no cost.\n* There will be a registration charge of 10chf per participant\, for non-members ( kids & adults ). This fee is in addition to the entry fee.\n* Please ensue that participants register separately for entry to the event.\n* Groups can be mixed- members & non members. The Primary contact has to pay the registration fee for all the non members of the group latest by 15th March. We cannot collect them individually from participants.\n\n\n\nGuidelines for the performances:\n* We will prefer performances that are consistent with the spirit of Holi and Indian culture. Keeping this in mind\, the EC reserves the right to request a change of any proposed song\, dance or other performance item.\n* Selection and confirmation of registration is on a first come first serve basis. The IAGZ EC is the sole decision making authority for this and reserves the right to refuse specific performance requests. The registration link will be disabled after we reach the maximum timespan of the event.\n* Duration of a performance cannot exceed 5 minutes.\n* We humbly request participants to select costumes/outfits keeping in mind the dignity of the occasion.\n* Please do not play or sing the National anthem of any country as a part of your performance.
